A Fire Fighter Comes to the Aid of a Child

My name is Michael Losee I am a Firefighter at Engine 319 in Queens, NY. I am training to participate in the Subaru Memphis in May Triathlon on May 20, 2007 as a member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team in Training. I'm competing in this event in honor of Francesca Mollo, a 7 year old girl who endured 25 spinal taps and 900 consecutive days of chemotherapy while battling Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
